Job description
We are looking for a motivated experienced Plumber, who is energetic and organised with a can-do attitude and great communication skills. You will be expected to engage with customers in their homes to reach install targets and to generate work. Working closely with the operations team to ensure home water audits are complete to an exceptionally high standard. Working on the project specific CRM system. As a part of home water audits, install our HL2024 range of control flow products which training will be provided.
Travel will be required daily to operating locations with the South West area. This role is a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract.

KEY TASKS
- Give customers tailored water efficiency advice.
- Liaising with customers and being the first face to face point of contact.
- Taking water meter readings and flow rate measurements.
- Identify lead piping, identify leaks and fix leaks where appropriate.
- Managing diary and ensuring appointments are met.
- Ensure all Cenergist activities are GDPR compliant.
- To be aware of the environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the work of as well as ensuring compliance with any environmental legislation that is applicable to the job.
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES
- Plumbing experience
- Confident/has experience using tools.
- Due to contact with the public the successful candidate will be required to hold a clean DBS certificate.
- Able to work with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Able to work with tablet and mobile devices.
- Ability and willingness to learn to use project specific CRM systems.
- Plumbing Qualification minimum Level 2
- EUSR Water Hygiene AM
- DBS check.
- A driving license.
