Job description
Our client needs a talented Account Manager to take responsibility for supporting their ongoing account management goals. The Account Manager will lead the:
- implementation of new corporate accounts
- retention and development of new or existing accounts
- development of account management products/services
- cross department liaison to ensure all client needs are fully understood and met.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills required:
- Minimum of 5 years Corporate Account Management experience in a TMC environment
- Strong user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience.
- CRM (Sales Force) and MS Teams experience
- Minimum 3 years experience working with online booking tools
- Able to work as part of a global team with a flexible schedule
This role is UK based with regional office presence when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
