About us
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Lead to join the Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care (IEHC). The Institute is part of the Faculty of Population Health Sciences and is IEHC is comprised of four research departments across two sites (Torrington Place and Royal Free). We have 250 staff, 100 research students and 200 taught and undergraduate students.
About the role
The post holder will be a key member of the institute operations team with significant responsibility of leading and managing the day-to-day delivery of an efficient and effective HR service. This role is being offered to UCL Applicants as a 12 month secondment.
About you
We are keen to hear from applicants with a proven track record in HR administration. You will have demonstrable knowledge of processes and regulations associated with Human Resources administration within HEIs. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to manage own workload through effective prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
