Hyde is looking to recruit a Credit Control Officer.

As a Credit Control Officer, you will be working as part of a team of three Credit Controllers within income services to provide a debt recovery service for leasehold capital and major works debt.
Responsibilities
Efficient recovery of all leasehold capital and major works debt by email and phone.- Ensure invoices are produced accurately and are approved promptly.
- Reconcile all sales ledger control accounts and other balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and post journals on the finance system (training provided).
- Ensure Accounts Receivable Ledger is accurate at all times.
- Resolving invoicing queries.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong credit control experience
- Persuasive, assertive and resilient
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
