Job description
AW Construction are seeking to appoint a plumber to work on a reactive maintenance and repairs contract in the East Sussex region. The successful candidate will work with our existing team undertaking a range of services such as
- Complete plumbing repairs, installations, and services in a timely manner
- Utilize trade skills when appropriate to complete tasks
- Maintain a clean environment
Experience/Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in the trade and being able to demonstrate excellent ability in the desired areas.
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, approachable and a trustworthy team player.
- Good organisational skills.
- Must be friendly and have a professional attitude.
- Social housing experience preferred
The role could be on a PAYE or self employed basis, with the package as a whole adjusted accordingly
A van could be supplied with the role, but is also open to self employed tradesmen with a van
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £150.00-£250.00 per day
