This opportunity is the next exciting piece of the jigsaw for Embark & LBG and you could be part of it!
As a Platform Support Analyst, you'll work in a highly collaborative way, working closely with other specialists and engineers from LBG, suppliers and partner resources.
You would play a key role identifying the business needs, interprets complex data and lead the efficient and effective production of high quality information, analysis and research, anticipating partner’s needs.
Here's where you'll make a difference :
Providing operational and technical support of platform systems
Point of contact for the Business for technical issues, owning and providing updates
Developing data and / or configuration fixes where appropriate
Root cause analysis
Interfacing with IT change management and business application support to ensure environments are available and accurate
Adherence to change and configuration management process
Perform proactive monitoring and event management to reduce the impact of incidents
Support production deployments for all releases and technical defect triage and resolution for projects
Supporting the development and deployment of processes and procedures
You’re able to remain calm and lead the team effectively through constrained
You've a well-developed communication kit bag with extensive customer management experience
You can influence partners of all levels and balance partners expectations and facilitate discussions across high risk and complexity or under constrained timescales.
You’ll be skilled in Leading and minimising operational risks
And you'll influence positively - demonstrating similar values and behaviours to our Group's and encouraging this in team members
Ideally you'll also bring:
The ability to work independently and within a team environment with a flexible and adaptable attitude towards the projects and stakeholders
Intellectually curious
Problem solver
Expert knowledge in platform functionality
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Development background desirable, understanding of one or more of the following: SQL Server, .NET, SSIS packages, ASP.NET, Report Manager/Power Bi
Formal qualifications are desirable but not necessary for this role
