Location: Manchester (Remote)
Working hours: 37.5 (Monday- Friday)
Salary: £40,000- £50,000; plus bonus
We are looking to recruit an ambitious FP&A Analyst to come and join our Head Office Finance team. This role will suit a dynamic and progressive professional who is looking to develop their FP&A career; assisting with the management of the budget and forecast process for the whole Group along with adhoc projects.
In this strategic role, you will drive ongoing improvements within finance; including working closely with our BI reporting team to streamline the forecast process.
Responsibilities:- Assisting with the annual budget process
- Assisting with the forecast process
- Building and maintaining financial models and reports to improve the consistence of financial planning
- Challenging the forecast and budget to identify risks and opportunities and provide insight into the business performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the Group’s cashflow forecasting
- Collating and preparing relevant information to support Treasury management activity
- Ad hoc analysis including; scenario and sensitivity analysis to support the business needs
- Involvement in interim and annual audit
Could you be the FP&A Analyst we are search for? We are on the hunt for a Qualified or Qualified by experience Accountant. It is essential that you have demonstratable experience in reporting, modelling and analysis as well as have previously worked with other teams to deliver key tasks. The ability to analyse large data sets and build robust scenario-based models is also key… therefore we’re looking for an individual who has top-tier excel skills.
Do you have strong communication skills? We are looking for an individual who can challenge financial leaders as well as communicate financial matters to all stakeholders clearly. It is essential that you’re able to demonstrate reliability, a flexible attitude to work as well as a proven track record of working to tight deadlines. The ability to successfully work both as part of a team as well as independently is also essential.
