Join a small but growing team, where you will work closely with the owners, helping with day-to-day duties and expanding the brand. We are an online store offering a wide range of products including terrariums, plants and glass containers.
There is a potential to grow within the company as the business grows so you can develop a career by optimising the department and building a team around it.
Main tasks:
Picking, packing and dispatching orders
Prepare various kits for terrariums (this involves manual work, e.g putting soil into bags, etc.)
Other tasks:
Stock management including watering and care of plants
Checking and maintaining incoming stock, this includes sorting and placing items on shelves
Inspects products for defects and damages and reporting them to the Manager
Ensure that the warehouse is kept tidy and organised
Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the management
Experience in houseplants or terrariums is not needed, but you need to be willing and open to learn.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience of working within a warehouse environment
Experience of order picking and packing processes.
It would be great to work as a team and improve our processes.
Please note there is a small dog in the studio.
Working hours: 09:00 am - 05:30 pm (1 hr unpaid break)
Monday to Friday
Salary will increase to £22500 per annum after the probation period.
