VACANCYManufacturing Packer / LoaderWe have vacancies for Packer / Loaders to join our Manufacturing Team based at the Castleham Site in Hastings. Main duties for this role are Picking Product, Assembly, Packing and Machine Minding ensuring that manufacturing process or associated functions deliver to planned scheduled requirements and run at their optimal level delivering output to within the targeted expectations of cost, quality, and time.The main responsibilities for this role will be:· Pick, assemble and pack all manufactured products in line with scheduled requirements and company policy and practice.· Minding / monitoring Machine operation. Identification of any operational problems, ability to take timely and appropriate actions, where required notifying skilled personnel to ensure speedy rectification· Accurate maintenance of required records and systems, monitoring equipment and process performance and records detailing the volume of output and productivity.· Accurate monitoring, tests and checks ensuring output meets all applied quality standards and specifications.· Assembly work within the assembly operation as required.· Maintenance of a high level of housekeeping across your work area ensuring a safe work environment.· Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve and deliver to business aims and objectives.The successful candidate should ideally have or be able to demonstrate:· Previous experience within a production, manufacturing factory environment, assembly experience within a similar environment would also be advantageous.· Proven ability to accurately monitor and record quality and output data· Experience of working within processes and an ability to adhere to supporting process.· Ability to work to and improve agreed quality management procedures.The shift patterns are as follows:Rotational shift pattern (continental shift) covering the hours of:· 6:00 am – 3:00 pm· 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm· 10:00 pm to 7:00 amTraining will be provided where required for the successful candidates.If you think this role could be for you, please apply as soon as possible.
