We are looking for a highly motivated Photographer and Video editor to join our team. Location - NW8, London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, with a focus on social media, Video creation and editing exp, email marketing, and content marketing. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the conception, planning, implementation, testing, and analysis of effective digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with strong writing and communication skills. He/she will also be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing plans across multiple channels and create visual content for social media platforms.
- Create and post content relevant to the company's service offering, products, and brand values.
- Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including capturing content and editing for the needs of output.
- To curate a strong gallery of aspirational images and video content which will be used to reflect the brand in marketing and press.
- Help manage and grow social media accounts by creating and/or curating relevant and shareable content, participating in online conversations, and monitoring metrics
- Use analytical tools to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in the market and best practices in digital marketing and be able to effectively communicate these to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate all activities and materials supporting each photographic and video shoot project
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Video content creation & editing experience
- Excellent knowledge of photography/videograhy within the digital domain.
- Must display excellent technical and photographic skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in professional Studio Photography
- Experience in copywriting and designing on Canva
- Basic reporting skills
- Good to have experience in paid ads, podcast production, print merchandise
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £16,561.00-£27,722.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- London, NW8 7SH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
