We are looking for a counter assistant with sales experience to join our friendly team.
As a Counter assistant you would be responsible for the day to day running of a shop area which will include:
* Answering patient/prescriber/supplier queries,
* Efficiently organising workload and dispensary layout to ensure efficiency,
* Maintaining stock control and cost effective purchasing,
* Maintaining dispensary cleanliness and standards
* Assist in delivering enhanced/advanced/private patient services
* To assist in completion and organisation of pharmacy paperwork
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Excellent team working skills and ability to lead.
*Maintaining shop appearance with the use of planograms
* High level of IT literacy
*OTC sales experience
*Previous work on tills preferable but not essential
* At least 1 year community pharmacy experience would be preferred but not essential.
Role involves lots of customer interaction.
