Exciting opportunity to join our friendly and innovative Personalised Technology (PT) team. Hft is a recognised leader in the use of technology for people with learning disabilities, as an organisation we have a wealth of experience in delivering PT solutions to people with learning disabilities and their supporters and we now have an opportunity within our team for a PT Support Officer. This is an exciting new role, created to support our PT Coordinators to deliver a high quality PT support service across the country.
What will you be doing? Working with the PT Team, you will work closely with the PT Coordinators and Hft’s Care and Support services to support the delivery of Hft’s PT service to the people we support and staff teams. You will manage Hft’s PT helpdesk offering first line technical support in the use of PT and post installation support. You will be instrumental in the implementation of PT solutions, supporting the PT Coordinators by managing referrals, ensuring relevant documentation and information is in place and the relevant PT systems are kept up to date. You will also manage the PT loan library.
With strong interpersonal skills, you will be process driven, highly organised and have previous administration experience. You will be a good team player and ideally have had some experience of offering technical support, be keen to learn new systems, with enthusiasm and drive to develop and learn new skills.
