To undertake this role you will Be assertive and able work with a high degree of independence Have a proven track record of working innovatively in a healthcare setting, mental health service or setting working with children and young people. have a Professional qualification / registration related to the role Be passionate about supporting young people with neurodivergence To be able to travel independently and work flexibly across the county to support the service, from a designated base. The balance of working from the base and home working (known as hybrid working or blended working) is determined by the needs of the service.
