We have an exciting opportunity at Destinology, part of the Brooklyn Travel Group, for Personal Travel Consultants to join our expanding business.
We have positions available in the following teams:
Worldwide sales team selling the Middle East, Indian Ocean, Europe, The USA, Caribbean and the Far East.
Touring team building bespoke, tailor-made and private tours across the globe.

We are a people-first travel business that specialises in bespoke, high-end luxury holidays. Established in 2004, we have grown from a young, ambitious luxury travel start-up to being bought by the successful Brooklyn Travel Group in 2020. We are experiencing year-on-year growth, but we want more!
Our head office is based in Lostock, Bolton and were walking distance from Horwich Parkway train station and Middlebrook Retail Park, just off the M61.

You will be joining us on a full-time basis. We are open 7 days a week, and you will work on a rota basis. You will be expected to work some weekends with corresponding days off in the week. We understand that the way we work has shifted due to the pandemic, so we have taken the decision to adopt a hybrid working model and close our main office on Mondays and Fridays. Our employees work from home on these days. Work life balance is important to us, so we share rotas a minimum of 2 months in advance.
You will receive a highly competitive basic salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission. Our Personal Travel Concierge earn an average of £45,000 a year, but our top sellers exceed this.
You will need:
- To be passionate about travel.
- Warm, authentic and friendly telephone manner.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and have excellent organisational skills.
- Considerate of your colleagues and a strong team player.
- First-rate computer skills and a keen desire to learn.
- Tenacious in your attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Self-motivation and a can do attitude.
We would love it if you had:
- Proven experience selling luxury holidays.
- First-hand knowledge of the amazing destinations that we sell.
The Travel Consultant Role
As a member of the leading Travel Concierge team, you will design and sell personalised, bespoke holidays to Destinology clients whilst providing exceptional customer service. You will deliver an end-to-end concierge service, looking after your clients from the moment they contact us, to the moment they arrive home. This is a varied, challenging and rewarding role working in a fast-paced sales environment.
