Salary: £30,134 per annum
Location: Based in Telford, covering Shropshire and Staffordshire.

The Role:
We are looking for suitably qualified individuals who can demonstrate the ability to carry out a range of high-quality Carpenter related maintenance repairs.
Although the majority of your work will be mainly carpentry based, you will need to have experience in other trades areas including, plumbing, tiling, plastering and general building maintenance to undertake repairs in line with our responsive repairs demands. You will also need to hold a full driving licence to be considered for this post.
What do you need?
City and Guilds Qualification in one of the building trades, or equivalent time served in one of the building trades
You must be able have demonstrable post apprenticeship experience of maintenance in domestic properties
