The Role

People

  • Willis Towers Watson's Investments business helps clients improve performance and manage risk. We use our deep analytical skills to solve practical business problems, applying the latest techniques and software solutions to help clients measure and manage risk and capital, grow revenue, and create competitive advantage.
  • To provide full PA support to the Global Head of Investments, including inbox and diary management, travel arrangements, timesheet & expense management, drafting documents, to confidently deal with telephone calls, enquiries and other administrative related matters as requested
  • Providing administrative support to Investments Chief of Staff regarding various management tasks
  • Work closely with senior managerial and directorial staff as required
  • Demonstrating natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Co-ordination of client and internal meetings to include all logistics and time zones
  • Arranging domestic and global travel, visas, and accommodation
  • Assisting other members of the global management team when required

Clients

  • Use of client information systems and preparation of client reports for client meetings
  • Build strong relationships internally and with client representatives

Excellence

  • Delivering support that meets or exceeds expectations
  • Uploading documents and information to internal databases
  • Assist in the production of MS Word and PowerPoint documents
  • Ensure that all documents conform to house style

The Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful Personal Assistant and administrative support experience
  • Self-starter with initiative and a can-do attitude, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision; results oriented
  • Pro-active, efficient, responsive and a good team player
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks to successfully meet deadlines
  • Good written communication and people skills
  • Proficient and confident in using MS Office to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams, a quick learner of online tools and systems
  • Flexibility to work outside core business hours from time to time to support global meetings
