We welcome applications for Personal Healthcare Assistants to join our dynamic healthcare team. A successful candidate will be passionate about helping others and creating the best experience for each of our clients. We're looking for an individual who has experience dealing with elderly clients and work well in both a team environment and alone. The perfect candidate would also possess knowledge of the care industrty, dealing with alzheimers and dementia but full training will be provided, followed by a period of mentoring, out on the field with another carer.
Responsibilities:
- Follow a care plan, logging and noting all of the visit, Following CQC guidelines.
- Assist patients with routine daily activities and/or personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Preparing food and drinks. Encourage with eating and drinking.
- taking the client to appointments, shopping or for a walk.
- light housework.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
