Job description
Solihull College and University Centre is looking to appoint a highly organised, professional individual to this key role, which requires an exceptional standard of secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Principal, ensuring the efficient and effective running of their office and all aspects of their daily workload.
The successful candidate will have high level literacy skills, possess level 2 English and maths qualifications and have proven experience of working successfully as a personal assistant, secretary or administrator, ideally within an educational environment. Working as part of the Management Admin team, you will also work closely with other members of the Executive Management Team, and their support staff.
For the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Unfortunately, the College is unable to contribute towards the associated travel costs
