As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at mrp, your role will be pivotal in supporting our experienced consultants and learning the recruitment process intricacies. This position is not about filling vacancies right off the bat, but rather about immersing yourself in the art of recruitment, learning by osmosis, and gradually mastering the craft.
Your daily tasks could range from booking shifts and sourcing candidates to understanding the complete recruitment and business development process. You will work hand in hand with seasoned professionals, gaining first-hand insights into what it takes to connect extraordinary healthcare professionals with the healthcare providers that need them most.
We're not seeking pre-established expertise in recruitment - we're looking for someone with determination, excellent communication skills, and a genuine readiness to learn and grow.
