Personal Assistance:
- Organising and maintaining diaries, arranging appointments
- Attending meetings with the Directors, taking minutes, and keeping action lists
- Personal assistance to the Managing Directors
- Managing confidential personnel matters related to the Directors direct reports.
- Track and co-ordinate staff recognition - length of service/birthdays/special occasions • Organise events – annual staff events, company away days, events in employee benefits package (massages, monthly sandwich)
- Project assistance and other admin tasks in the company
Office Management:
- Co-ordinate maintenance works, equipment repair, cleaning
- Ensure office looks presentable and health & safety implementations are up to standard.
- Manage office stock – equipment, stationery, food, cleaning products.
- Set up new starter’s workstations, co-ordinate office rearrangements.
- Liaise with Property Manager and other tenants in the building to resolve issues outside office premises.
- Be point of contact for tenants renting office space from BPR Group
Skills and Experience
- Excellent administrative skills and
- Ability to multi-task with minimal direction and adaptability to last minute changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Positive, friendly, and approachable
- Problem solving abilities
