Job description
I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a keen eye for detail. You will be familiar with web based technology, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently and make timely decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Learn new skills and tasks as they arise.
- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing household bills
- Household purchases / returns and credit card / account reconciliations
- Undertaking ad hoc personal errands
- Prepare and organise documents and presentations for meetings
- Expense management
- Organising / managing personal commitments
- Coordinating personal events
What we're looking for in our Personal Assistant :
- Have strong PA/Admin skills
- Reliable with good organisational skills
- Experience providing PA and project support at a senior level
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- The ability to work efficiently and effectively while balancing multiple tasks
- The ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgment
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 14 per week
Salary: £75.00-£100.00 per day
