Personal Assistant

PA to Senior Management Team
Nuffield Health, The Holly Hospital | Buckhurst Hill, Essex | Executive Office| Permanent | 37.5hours

As a Personal Assistant at The Holly Hospital, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial and PA skills and great communication abilities. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office and a confident minute taker, comfortable working with numbers and you’re committed to providing our teams with the best level of support. Flexibility is required as you will need to attend scheduled out of hours meetings.

As a Personal Assistant, you will:
Coordinate and organise busy diaries
Deliver high quality minute taking
Ensure the smooth running and efficient functionality of the Executive Office
Be able to prioritise a busy workload
Keep calm under pressure and remain professional at all times
