Personal Assistant to Business Unit Directors for General Merchandise and Consumer Health, Head of Seasonal and Supplier Strategy, Head of Go To Market

Closing Date: Wednesday 1st March

This is an exciting opportunity, providing support to the Business Unit Director – General Merchandise, Business Unit Director – Consumer Health, Head of Seasonal & Supplier Strategy and Head of Go To Market. The role is an integral part of the Customer and Category leadership team, where you’ll need to be approachable and visible within their functions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Be prepared to deal with market sensitive information and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, including potential non-disclosure programmes
  • Actively prioritise work, advising on the highest priority issues and proactively organise time around what is most critical to the business
  • Work collaboratively with other functional Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant populations, in order to deliver high quality, cross-functional support.
  • Provide support to produce documents and presentations for key meetings
  • To make meeting, travel and accommodation arrangements, delivering the most cost effective and efficient solutions, including international travel arrangements.
  • To create and maintain an effective personnel filing system suitable for the level of sensitivity involved, both digitally and physically.
  • To respond to queries from other parts of the business and external organisations, liaising with colleagues at all levels
  • Contribute to the efficient and effective running of the Senior Leadership Team on behalf of the Executive
  • Work as a team with other Personal Assistants to ensure cover for holidays and absence
  • To support with business processes such as expenses, EBP, People Admin, Payroll etc for the direct reports of the Business Unit Directors.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to multiple leaders
  • High levels of flexibility and adaptability, working well under pressure
  • Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise an everchanging workload
  • The ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • The ability to communicate with the most senior leaders and executives
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts
  • Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite
