Job description
Have good general level of education including Maths and English; Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel as you will be using these on a daily basis; Flexibility, show initiative, able to multi task and be adaptable to the needs of the role, team and service; Experience of working within a Personal Assistant role or setting; Proactively manage the schedules of the Senior Management Team. Preparation of Agendas with accurate note taking at meetings, transcribing of minutes and action log up-dates, Support the Senior Management team in the preparation of high quality presentations using appropriate IT systems.
