The Vacancy
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Performance Analyst to join our WLS South Responsive Maintenance Team in London. The primary focus of this role is to deliver and drive the wider SRM business strategy, with a focus on change and project management, strategic performance analysis and collaborative working with the Divisional Commercial Manager and Commercial, Bid and Estimating Teams.
Key Accountabilities of this role will also include:
- Develop analytical data from several sources to track the success and progress of the goals contained within the strategy. A few sources will need to be manipulated including Salesforce, Productivity trackers (Excel) and business objects
- In conjunction with the Internal Communication Business Partner draft the annual review, developing key messages and a communication timeline on annual events and activities
- Provide independent, constructive, evidence-based research on key action points and discussion topics at the CGB. This could include sector/geography analysis
- Extract performance data from IT systems and populate weekly / monthly reports for Contract Teams; (Power BI / Impact response / Coins)
- Contract Review packs and divisional leadership team pack
- Support leadership team with populate monthly board packs
- Continuous improvement focused with innovation at front of mind
- Supporting Bids with trend analysis
We are looking for an experience analyst with a working knowledge of business board reporting and tools to track actions and progress and a good understanding of market analysis and industry sectors. Skilled in producing board packs/presentations and demonstrable experience of supporting change management programmes and initiatives, and working knowledge of data gathering from several sources, analysis and interpretation to inform key decisions.
To be successful in this role you be collaborative, with exemplary verbal and written communication skills and an ability to make complex information intelligible for audiences of all types. Skilled in Project management skills (particularly in relation to managing major events), and a good working knowledge of Office 365 package (including Word, PowerPoint). Effective networker to engage and influence a few key stakeholders.
