Lomond is formed by a network of successful letting and estate agencies across the UK. Having secured private equity funding, the company has ambitious growth plans and we are now looking to strengthen our Group HR Team to support the network.


You will be joining a HR team who are taking the company on a transformational journey to become a market leading network of lettings and sales agents. We believe in delivering a high-quality service to the network and are continually investing in digital, people and ideas. We are looking for a full-time People Coordinator, based at Richmond House in Lawnswood Business Park, to assist the team in delivering an effective HR service.

This role will provide administrative support for the entire employee lifecycle from the recruitment and onboarding of new starters, creating and updating HR records on our new HR System (Cascade), processing employment changes, providing support to the South Coast region and Group Functions on key HR projects and managing the HR mailboxes and telephone line. You will assist with the monitoring of all people processes whilst providing support to our managers and employees.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to 'hit the ground running' so this opportunity would suit someone who has gained experience within HR administration and/or as part of a wider HR team. We will provide you with training, tools, and access to support from an experienced group of HR specialists and would be happy to put the individual through their CIPD qualification. We are looking for someone who has good attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and who is proficient with Microsoft Office.
