Role purpose:
We are recruiting for a People Administrator to support with processing pre-employment checks and specifically DBS, as a result in a company change in process
The post holder will request documents, process checks through a third party, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. You will work closely with our General Managers to ensure they are updated of the progress made.
As a People Administrator, you may also be required to support the wider People team on ad-hoc duties as required.
Please note, this is a part-time role working 20 hours per week. Hours of work are fully flexible and can be discussed during interview. The role can also be considered fully remote, or a hybrid role if the successful candidate is based near the Camberley, Surrey office.

Skills, knowledge and experience:
The ideal candidate with be organised and have great time management skills. You will be proactive and able to develop effective working relationships. We would really like to see applications for people who have great attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Administration experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.
