Here at SSCL, we are on the lookout for an Administrator to join our busy team supporting one of our high-profile Government Clients on a permanent basis. Your focus will be on administrative duties including transactional processes such as pension amendments and answering telephone queries from internal employees!
We do have a hybrid working policy so with this in mind, it would be usual for you to be in the office in Newport 2 days a week and then working from home the rest of the week!
What you’ll be doing:
- Answer incoming queries in an efficient manner
- Log queries but escalate when required to more senior staff
- Verify deadlines and deliverables with internal customers to schedule and prioritise workload and manage expectations
- Maintain and update record systems or databases to ensure records are accurate, complete, and current
What you’ll bring:
- Good level of numerical and written skills
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
- PC literate with experience of using Microsoft office applications
- Sound organisational and interpersonal skills
