Requirements
Must have good English both spoken and written, with a friendly tone, compassionate and empathetic. Be personal and provide the best level of customer service possible.
Responsibilities
Answering email, SMS, chat, social media comments and DMs, responding to customer reviews and occasionally some outbound calls. Returns and refunds.
Nice to have
Experience in Skincare/Aesthetics would be beneficial
