What you´ll get to do
- Meet sales goals, analyse available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
- Motivate our Fragrance Consultants to meet sales and productivity goals
- Support the development of the Fragrance Consultants techniques, ensuring the team are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge and able to deliver exceptional Fragrance Profiling
- Play an active role on the selling floor and demonstrate sales leadership to the team
- Manage all special events including collection previews, client and sales events, Bluewater activities, etc
- Empower Fragrance Consultants to make decisions in the customer’s best interest while also supporting the Company’s philosophy
- Assist in maintaining staffing levels and work schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage while controlling payroll costs
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and run the store in their absence
- Assist in the management of the client database and utilise information to increase sales and client contact

- You have experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury fragrance, beauty or fashion enviroment
- You’re results oriented, and driven to find solutions
- Your personal skills are excellent, and you’re able to build constructive and effective relationships and lead others to action
- You provide excellent customer service, and have a genuine love of people, relationships and sharing
- You can feel, show and share passion about our products and our brand
