We are seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant for our Personal Injury Trust Team to support the administrative function of the Personal Injury Trust Team.

Frenkel Topping is an independent financial adviser specialising in providing advice and expert services to those seeking damages for personal injury and medical negligence. For more than 30 years we have worked with people who’ve suffered life-changing injury or illness and are trying to rebuild their lives in the most challenging of circumstances. Often after an injury, a person is unable to work and it can be some time until a case is settled, leaving them financially vulnerable for potentially long periods of time.
Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Personal Injury Trust (PIT) team.
Key Responsibilities
To undertake general office administrative duties for the PIT team within set timescales such as (but not exclusively):
- Data entry on our online database.
- Drafting paperwork to set up trusts.
- Invoicing,
- Processing documents when they are returned by clients.
- Sending timely reminders to clients and solicitors in order to progress cases.
- General scanning, printing and filing duties.
From time to time, you will be expected to speak with clients over the phone to assist with issues (i.e., regarding the completion of documents, ID queries, etc).
To work as part of a team to ensure trusts are set up efficiently and clients' queries are answered in a timely manner.
Contribute to the team's performance targets.
Skills & Abilities
- A willingness to undertake appropriate training.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise effectively and cooperate with clients and colleagues.
- Good organisational skills to effectively manage workloads and prioritise urgent tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills, i.e. comfortable with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

- Display self-motivation, drive and enthusiasm
- Possess a flexible approach to work
- A desire to support vulnerable clients
- Be hard working, enthusiastic and reliable and a good team player
Education & Training
Maths & English Language GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above, or equivalent to this.
