Following the success of venues across the UK, and further afield in the USA and Australia, we're delighted to be bringing the joy of Social Darts to Glasgow this Autumn with a spectacular venue on George Street.

We are looking for passionate Assistant General Manager to join us for the ride in our Glasgow Venue.


The Job

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll Support the General Manager in leading the venue both operationally and from a people perspective, your key responsibilities will be to:


  • Look after our people
  • Maximise Trading
  • Deliver a spectacular Customer Experience


To be successful in this role, you’ll

  • Have passion & experience of delivering exceptional standards and customer experiences.
  • Have at least 1 years’ experience at Assistant General Manager level in a similar environment
  • Have a keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and encouraging others to do the same
  • Be able to think on your feet, adapting well to the exciting changes working for a growing company can bring
  • Lead by example – inspiring, coaching and developing their team every day
  • Have full knowledge and experience of controlling all elements of the business financials.
