£10.42 - £11.40 per hour dependent on qualifications
Just like our children, we are growing! Every day across RAFAKidz nurseries we create experiences for our children to grow, learn and flourish. We pride ourselves in meeting the needs of military and civilian families by providing affordable high-quality childcare. We are excited to announce we will open a new nursery and wrap around care at MOD Worthy Down. With the new nursery due to open in summer 2023, we are looking for an experienced colleagues to join us on our journey to grow the nursery into a thriving and stimulating environment where children and employees can reach their full potential.
Our new nursery at MOD Worthy Down is one of nine settings in the RAFAKidz family. The nursery will have an initial capacity to offer spaces to 9 babies and 28 toddlers and pre-schoolers.
We are excited to announce that we have new opportunities available for Casual Nursery Assistants to join our friendly team! Whilst some experience in childcare would be preferred, our ideal colleagues will have a real passion to work (and learn!) with children. A typical day in the role will involve working and playing with children in a wide range of fun and engaging activities that are appropriate to the children’s interests and their stage of development. You will undertake mandatory training which includes Safeguarding Children and also Health and Safety to ensure the children’s safety is paramount at the nursery. Basic literacy and numerical skills are important as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records with regards to the children’s day to day activities.

As well as the nursery management team, our qualified Early Years Practitioners are very enthusiastic to nurture our new team members to ensure they understand not only our very high standards, but to also support you in your own personal development.
