Job Title: Technical Account Manager

Location: Remote - Travel to client meetings as and when needed across London & South

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has risen to join our sales team. Due to internal growth within the team, we are now seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Account Manager who will report directly to the Commercial director. You will be responsible for looking after an average of 6 large accounts. You will need to be able to demonstrate good technical knowledge of Microsoft products and will be tasked with upselling Microsoft Licensing into these accounts, with the focus being on quality rather than quantity. This role would suit a highly ambitious individual who is looking to grow, develop and progress within their own career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with our largest customer accounts.
  • Build a strategy on how to increase wallet share and offer advice to C- level executives
  • Develop a good understanding of our solutions and Microsoft licensing.
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Skills required:

  • Solid experience in an corporate IT Account manager position.
  • Great rapport-building skills e.g., Being Empathetic and an active Listener is key for this role
  • Microsoft experience and knowledge around licensing – Azure is highly desirable
  • Confident in speaking to C-level executives and be able to influence key stakeholders
  • Proficient technical skills will be needed to use Salesforce.com, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lead Forensics

Salary: £85,000.00 per year
