Job Title - Internal Account Manager

£23,100 - £28,300 basic (dependent on experience) + monthly bonus for hitting and exceeding targets (£5,000 OTE uncapped)

Location - Burgess Hill (own transport essential is our office is in a rural location.)

Due to year-on-year growth and our ambitious plans, we require an Internal Account Manager to join our team and help provide our clients with the best service possible.

We are a proactive company supplying Workwear and Personal Protective Equipment. Founded in 1995 as a family business, the family remain in Director control today with the help of the robust and experienced management team. We design and distribute, our own brand of safety and workwear products together with the distribution of leading brands. Our in-house garment refinishing department gives us flexibility and a comprehensive offering to our customers. Our target is mid to large size serious about safety companies that commit themselves to a working cooperation with our dedicated team.

The purpose of the role is to maximise client lifetime value by building strong relationships with every order and query processed to ensure your portfolio of clients are serviced to the highest standard.

Main Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

· Use expert knowledge in order to cross-sell and up-sell to meet monthly gross profit targets

· Processing sales orders via the telephone from internal, non-managed clients

· Being the main point of contact internally for our larger, managed clients.

· Providing expert advice on products and ensuring a strong relationship is being built

· Achieve the Sales team’s conversion rate and customer lifetime value to secure and convert quotes.

· Make pro-active calls to managed clients to assist in the growth and retention of accounts.

· Support all Contego teams and contribute toward the success of the department/company.
