The village of Abergwyngregyn is home to our distillery, and sits at the foot of the famous Aber Falls waterfall. Attracting over 50,000 visitors a year, offering guests the chance to see the distillery and sample some of our award-winning portfolio.
We believe local ingredients and local people are key to producing our authentic, quality spirits, and we are now looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team!
· Assist colleagues with the successful running of the kitchen
· Assisting with food preparation if required
· Cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas
· Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards and dishes.
· Keeping kitchen areas clean to food safety standards
· Organizing and correctly storing food supplies
· Understanding the importance of health and hygiene
· Excellent communication and time management skills
The ideal candidate will be flexible towards working days / hours with some kitchen experience.
