Payroll Administrator for a Chippenham based electrical manufacturer offering huge development and progression. Part of a Global manufacturing brand employing over 17,000 people this role offers vast opportunities to move and grow through the wider brand.

This role will be suited to those that have previous experience working in a payroll processing role that have experience working in a manufacturing or production setting. Those from other backgrounds or with similar/transferable skills are welcomed to apply. Those with experience using ADP Freedom will have a considerable advantage.

Reporting to the HR manager your responsibilities will include processing a monthly payroll for approximately 200 people and to support key areas of the HR function. Daily duties will include preparing monthly payroll using ADP Freedom and analyse weekly and monthly reports including management of holiday accruals. You will also be required to update and process employee benefits calculations and P11D’s as well as maintaining pension records and working with auditors.

The Role:
*Prepare monthly payroll suing ADP Freedom
*Record and maintain employee records
*Collate timecards and analyse weekly and monthly reports
*Provide accurate data to the Finance department
*Update and process employee benefits
*Manage absences in line with company policies
*Administer and maintain pension records
*Work with auditors and other external organisations
*Liaise with HR to complete other duties such as occupational health clinics and other day-to-day employee enquires

The Person:
*Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
*Good understanding of payroll procedures
*Methodical approach to work with attention to accuracy and detail
*Confidentially essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
