Our Commercial Finance Team within Xyla Elective Care are looking for a Finance Business Partner, for a diverse role that will cover a range of commercial elements including pricing tenders and presenting financial results to senior stakeholder. The role will also manage one direct report, and will see you working collaboratively across divisions/brands. Every day you will… Maintain appropriate governance and cost control culture Oversee the month-end process from validation of sub-ledger postings to final result commentary Provide the MD and Divisional management team commentary on month-end performance Ensure accurate and supported AI, DI and accrual balances Interrogate centrally posted journals (e.g. prepayments, payroll) Capture business costs accurately to support bid and tender submission pricing Analyse gross margin profitability to enable accurate business decisions Critically analyse overhead expenditure to highlight trends and highlight savings Provide accurate full year rolling EBITDA forecast for submission to Senior Ops Board Collaborate with business development teams to construct and track business pipeline and conversion of opportunities Assist with the end-to-end XEC yearly budget submission process Produce financial results for Divisional Business Review slides Transition towards optimal cost recording and analysis for secondary supply Assist with process and system improvement projects as required What's in it for you?
