The opportunity
To provide a high quality business support service, managing patient services, through effective line management of a team of support staff. As our Patient Services Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all customer facing departments offer a high standard of service to patients, consultants and colleagues.
The person
To succeed as Patient Services Manager you will need:

Our successful, purpose-built hospital deals with complex surgery and a vast range of specialities involving some 300 consultants. There are 80 bedrooms, an 8 bed Level 3 critical care unit and 6 theatres (2 Stryker laparoscopic and 2 laminar flow). We are close to the city centre and central railway station.
