Job Purpose
Due to Apogee’s strategic growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Apogee Global Services PMO team. We are looking for a highly proficient and methodical Project Coordinator, to support the Project Manager/s in successfully delivering our projects, to high company standards. This role would suit a Coordinator looking to progress within the PMO.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Manager/s to deliver a high-quality service across all revenue streams through robust, accurate, and timely administrative activities. This can vary between general project support functions through to long-term specific-project administrative responsibilities across multiple work streams within Apogee, our in-country partners and global clients.
This is full-time role. The role is office based, with an opportunity for flexible working.
The Project Coordinator focuses on the planning and support of installations across the globe, working closely with the Project Manager and in-country partners to ensure orders are fulfilled within the SLA’s set out by the business.
Apogee promote personnel development, therefore for the right candidate there is opportunity for progression within the Project Management environment. To help you on this journey Apogee will support you with key training for accreditations such as Prince 2 and ITIL foundation.
Experience & Skills Required
· Experience of completing project coordination/administration tasks
· Demonstrable knowledge of MS Office systems
· Microsoft Excel skills highly desirable, full training will be provided for suitable applicants.
· Formatting - basic formatting capability and data validation, table/chart creation and editing, and conditional formatting.
· Formulas - SUM, COUNT, COUNTIF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP etc.
· Comfortable working at pace and managing their own responsibilities and influencing others
· Hands on, level headed and pragmatic.
· Excellent communication skills
· Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
· Able to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines
· Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
