An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual with widespread experience of managing projects and programmes to be part of the Alder Hey Patient Safety team. As an experienced and innovative leader, the postholder will support the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nurse in their ambitions to implement the Alder Hey Patient Safety Strategy.
You will have proven leadership, programme, and project management skills. You will also be highly visible, and able to motivate and engage individuals and teams across the organisation to help manage the delivery of the Trust-wide Patient Safety Programme.
The Patient Safety Programme Manager will take a leading role in the success of the Alder Hey Patient Safety strategy. This will involve developing and implementing a range of workstreams, deliverables and policies across the programme, with a particular focus on benefits realisation.
Responsible for the analysis, delivery, and reporting of the Alder Hey Patient Safety Programme, the Patient Safety Programme Manager will have a good understanding of the new Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).
