Job description
The O2’s Global Partnerships team are looking for a Partnerships manager to manage the delivery of commercial sponsorship rights & benefits along with the day-to-day activity for key partners at The O2 arena.
You’ll work with the naming rights partner and other partners to plan and implement activations; manage and develop strong relationships with partners, agencies & internal stakeholders; and make sure partner benefits are maximised & contractual obligations are delivered.
Whilst developing new & innovative ways to create value for both the venue & partners; you’ll make sure all venue departments are engaged in partnerships & provide the necessary support to deliver against partner objectives.
For this role, communication & collaboration are key!
We’re looking for someone with a sound knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix, specifically experiential & digital who can identify and exploit additional revenue opportunities for AEG.
You’ll be results orientated with experience of working in a multi brand environment (in-house, agency or rights holder) and have a creative approach to problem solving & partner activations.
With excellent communication skills you’ll be able to build good internal & external relationships with a variety of people, skilfully resolving issues whilst preserving both internal & external relationships
Committed & flexible in your approach to work you’ll be able to work under pressure, multi-task & prioritise work.
A strong team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment; you’ll understand or be willing to develop strong industry knowledge of music, sponsorship, and brand activation.
You’ll want to raise the bar in this role and be solutions focussed; we encourage new ideas and innovation and value everyone’s opinion.

We will give you training in our systems, policies and procedures so that you’ll be set up for success.
