Based: London/Home based *

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

This role will provide administrative support on all HE recruitment and admissions activities and processes to achieve agreed student enrolment targets, enhance the customer journey and improve data reporting processes. The position will also support the Recruitment and Admissions Team in developing recruitment plans, materials and content that supports HE recruitment and admissions.

*This role can be based in either our London Office or from Home; however, we would require the successful post-holder to attend meetings and workshop activities on-site and attend event fairs where necessary.

We are also looking for someone with great attention to detail and evidence of a strong contribution to administration as well as to the general life and work of an academic institution or similar. An understanding of the Higher Education admissions processes is beneficial but not essential.

Key responsibilities

· Support the Recruitment and Admissions Team in the administration of on campus events such as Drop ins, Open Days, Summer University and more.

· Support Admissions team in researching home and international applications.

· Create and analyse reports on recruitment and admission cycles to support recruitment planning process.

· Monitor and answer email traffic though team inboxes.

· Sending out communications for school visits to LIBF campus.

· Manage and store documentation for applications to all HE courses.

· Take and distribute notes in team and external team meetings.
