Part time Sales/Customer Service – 20-25 hours per week (flexible) – Towcester

No sales experience is necessarily needed as this company recruit based on personality, work ethic and attitude. If you come from a sales, customer service, retail or hospitality background then we would love to hear from you. If you have a good knowledge of the charity sector then this is a huge bonus.

Role for Part Time Sales/Customer Service
The main purpose of this role is to build rapport over the telephone with Charity Champions within the UK. This will be done by explaining the fantastic work that the charities do locally and nationally and how the charities really do change lives. Once the rapport has been built you will book charity fundraisers into the venues (usually stores) to create more awareness and ultimately fundraise for these brilliant organisations. It is a lovely role working within a supportive team where you really feel you are making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to different venues
- Develop a full understanding of the Charities you work with
- Influence the decision maker/ Charity Champion
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis
- Achieve targets on call quality and performance measures
