Job description
We are currently working with a highly reputable law firm based in the Nottinghamshire region, who are recruiting for a Wills & LPA Paralegal or Legal Executive to join their Wills and Probate team.
The successful candidate must be an experienced Private Client Paralegal or Legal Executive. You must have proven experience dealing with all aspects of private client law matters. Working mainly on wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) you will be responsible for providing professional legal advice and support to clients. This will include undertaking client meetings, drafting and producing wills and LPAs, updating wills and registering LPAs. You must also be able to work under minimum supervision.
This role is a full-time position based in the Nottingham office.
