We’re now looking for a part-time experienced accounts assistant to join our growing team..

Key tasks:
- Assisting head of accounts with back-end finance tasks.
- Generating, sending and managing invoices
- Credit controland chasing HMRC
- Bank reconciliations
- Client account reconciliation and management
- Client and Supplier payment runs
- Reviewing tax portals and tax returns
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Running payroll
Candidate must be:
- Highly organised
- Friendly and personable
- Comfortable liaising with clients
Attributes/ skills:
- Proficient with excel
- Experience with bookkeeping software, particularly Xero
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organisation
- Positive attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour
