Job Description: Empire Physiotherapy is seeking a Remote Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a fully remote position, so the ideal candidate will have a quiet and professional workspace at home and be comfortable using a computer and phone to communicate with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries via email and chat- Scheduling and coordinating client appointments using our online scheduling system
- Collecting and updating client information and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as billing and invoicing
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting with marketing efforts, such as outreach to potential clients
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers and various software programs, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
