Associate Paralegal Position
Capcom USA is seeking an Associate Paralegal for our San Francisco office to provide legal support to the General Counsel and other lawyers, and contracts administration support to the company. Responsibilities include administrative and legal support to enable the entire Capcom legal team to effectively provide legal support to a broad spectrum of the business including sales, marketing, public relations, eSports, and merchandise/content licensing. This position involves significant contract administration work. Capcom’s Legal Assistant will support commercial transactions, as well as copyright and brand protection and enforcement, information and cyber security matters, privacy and regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution issues.
Responsibilities:
- Contract administrator for companywide legal intake system, including processing contracts for management approvals and e-signature
- Copyright and brand enforcement, such as sending DMCA takedown notices
- Route and process press releases for approval
- Maintain contracts database and files
- Assist with data mapping for privacy law compliance
- Communicate with business teams on legal issues
- Process legal and other invoices and expense reports
- Draft and review basic contracts
Experience:
- Paralegal or contract administration experience preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Exceptionally strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities, effectively utilize resources, and work well under deadline pressure

Salary Range:
$27.89 - $40.87 per hour (Annual equivalent: $58,000 - $85,000) depending on experience
