An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Tracker on the Cardiac Ward which is closely linked with the Coronary Care Unit. This role is fundamental in supporting patient flow throughout the trust ensuring a safe discharge for our patients. The role also includes frequent contact with The Royal Papworth Hospital and other Cardiac centres.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated member of staff, to complement our existing team. Excellent communication skills and IT literacy are essential for the role.
