Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Warrington (WA1) – 15-minute walk from Warrington Train Station
Working Hours: Hybrid working – 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £22,000, depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our legal team. As a vital member of the team, you will report directly to the Associate Director of Legal & Compliance. This role presents an excellent starting point for individuals with a passion for law and a desire to launch their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
What will you be doing?
- Reviewing new contracts (approximately 8-10 per week).
- Assisting the Employee Relations team by handling employee queries and complaints.
- Addressing compliance queries related to Agency Workers Regulations.
- Managing compliance requests and audits
- Overseeing procurement and supplier management activities.
- Collaborating with the Business Development Team to handle contract management for payment terms, credit protection, and Business Process Outsourcing services.
- Conducting internal audits within the Compliance Function to ensure regulatory compliance.
What experience are we looking for?
Essential experience:
- Strong IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and independently as required
- Motivated, well organised, flexible with a can-do attitude
- Ability to deal with competing priorities to meet deadlines and the ability to work under pressure
Desirable Experience:
- Prior audit experience
